Please Note:  Club ranges will be closed from 5 pm Wednesday, May 8 to the morning of May 9. This is for a special ECCC training event.


May 11th Saturday Sporting Clays

Just a reminder that Saturday, May 11th is our next Saturday sporting clays shoot for 2024. As always, it is weather dependent (we’ll post ahead of time if we have to cancel).

Lunch is available for $5 (including juniors). Registration and squading is at 9:30 am and shooting begins at 10:30 am. We will shoot 50 targets in the morning and another 50 in the afternoon. Target fees are $32 or 4 card punches. Juniors shoot fees are half price.

Note that beginning May 11th, punch cards will increase from $80 to $90 for 12 punches. A round of 50 clays is 2 punches. 

Remember to bring your ammo (#7 1/2 shot or smaller) as well as eye and ear protection. All members welcome.

Black Badge Course

St.John’s Rod & Gun Club hosted a Black Badge Course this past Saturday at the club. Thank you IPSCNL for putting off the course.

Archery

Archery provides both a 3D animal course that winds through the forest, and a 20-90 meter target range. The archery group shoots indoors during the winter at 18 meter targets.

A 15 stall outdoor rifle range that provides an excellent opportunity for air rifles, handguns, and long guns from 50-200 yards. The outdoor pistol range features 12 shooting stalls with target stands set at 20-25m.

Offers 4 Trap Fields each with automatic clay target throwers & automated voice release systems.
